| 内容記述 | This paper examines a revival plan in provincial junior colleges at the age of college universalization. First, it examines provincial junior colleges at the age of declining birth rate, and perspective of established departments at colleges. Second, it considers that remedial education for low achieved students in junior colleges, and ideals of general education in junior colleges. Finally, it insists that board of directors and faculty are at the core of management and administration. | |||||
